- Description:
- The subject of this public contract is the supply of water meters according to the technical conditions specified in point 5 of this procurement documentation. The procurement procedure is divided into five separate parts.
The procurement procedure refers to the conclusion of a framework agreement with one participant for each part of the public contract according to provisions of § 131 of the Act, for a period of 36 months for the duration of the framework agreement.
The contracting authority reserves the right to remove the subject of performance in smaller or larger quantities, both in total and in individual parts, than the specification of the offered performance, which is stated in point 5 of the tender documentation and also selected the supplier will not apply any financial sanctions or other claims against the client.
Ownership will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the invoice to the selected supplier.
