• Description:
• Demand shipping Provision of public scheduled transport services in the form of so-called on-demand transport in accordance with § 2 paragraph 7 of Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on road transport, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Road Act"), in a defined area and within a specified time period. This is an agreement on public services in the transport of passengers within the meaning of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in the transport of passengers and on the amendment of other laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVS") and Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No. 1370/2007 of 23 October 2007 on public services in the transport of passengers by rail and road and on the repeal of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1191/69 and No. 1107/70, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"). On the supplier's side, the commercial risk associated with the amount is excluded revenue from fares for the provision of public services in the transport of passengers, as the supplier is paid compensation (price) for the provision of on-demand transport services according to the number of days of service provision, or according to the number of kilometers over the limit, regardless of the selected the fare, which the supplier, after deducting the specified fees (in particular bank, card, terminal operator, payment gateway, third-party payment system, etc., hereinafter referred to as "transaction fees"), returns in full to the client. Transport carried out by 2 vehicles category M1 (max. 8+1 persons), each vehicle with one driver (i.e. at least 2 drivers in total). Within 6 months from the date of the start of fulfillment, demand transport must be provided by electric vehicles, i.e. both vehicles...
