• This is the complete removal of the structure of the family house No. 506 Filipovská Street at st.p.no. 646 in cu. Jiříkov. The building is located in the center of the city of Jiříkov with the surrounding development consisting mainly of family and apartment buildings and civic amenities. It is to the object access from Filipovská street at postal code no. 6517/2 in ku. Jiříkov. The terrain is flat. The building is L-shaped. The main dimensions of the building are 12.7 x 14.4 m, the height of the building is 9.4 m. The building is two-storey, without a basement, with an attic space. The structural system of the building is made of brick solid bricks and mixed masonry with thickness 500-1000 mm. The inner walls have a thickness 200 mm. The existing wall, in which the gas meter is located, will be preserved with dimensions of 1.2 m in length and 1.2 m in height. In this way, the wall will be preserved and roofed with sheet metal. The water connection is disconnected from the building. The connection to the public sewage system was not implemented to the building, there is a sump near the building, which will be selected, cleaned, disinfected and filled.
