• The subject of the contract is the design, including prototype realization and testing: - An independent system for long-term tests and performance measurement of rotating machines - With the possibility of limited operation without connection to the electrical network - Equipped with a system for holding the tested rotating machine with a weight of up to 120 kg and dimensions of up to 0.8x0.8x0.6 m (l/w/h) - The goal is to design a compact mobile device with a weight of up to 700 kg - Simple expandability of the system must be included in the design (possibility of increasing performance parameters) Expected design: a system for holding the tested rotating machine, a synchronous electric motor/generator connected to the tested rotating machine via a torque measuring element, pumping/storing energy into its own battery storage, which it can be charged from the grid or it can return energy to the grid. Drive: electric motor - Speed ​​range: minimum 0-7000 min-1 - Constant engine power: min 65 kW at 6000 min-1 - Torque: min 100 Nm in the range 0-6000 min-1 - Speed ​​and torque control in full speed range - Motor / generator mode Measuring system: - Torque measurement: min 500 Nm / speed range at least 0-7000 rpm with measurement inaccuracy max 1%. - Digital speed measurement at least in the range 0-7000 min-1 - Analog / digital inputs for measuring temperatures and other parameters (minimum 10/10) - Communication (control with data output) via USB/ethernet interface to PC (PC is not part of the delivery, only required parameters) Battery storage: - Minimum capacity 40 kWh (to ensure at least 30 min of operation at rated output The subject of the order must be performed in full compliance with valid legal regulations and technical standards of the EU and the Czech Republic.
