• Description:
• The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable proposal for the project of the project in applied research and innovation. The project framework is aimed at the preliminary definition of the project, which was prepared within the meaning of § 2 para. h) of the SPVV and which will be within the competition Edited dialog with regard to the needs of the client. (The subject of the project is listed in Annex 1 - Project Framework of the tender documentation). The tendering procedure will be conducted in such a way as to meet the selected solutions and implement the results designed in Annex 1 - the project framework of the tender documentation that will be for the conduct of the main substrate. The individual negotiations are to result in conclusions, conditions and new facts so that the assignment for the purposes of the final offer can be specified for the contracting authorities in the most convenient way.
  The aim is to create a method of defining the countryside and its classification to the regions on the basis of Methods of functional regional taxonomy for the purposes of rural development (blood) and comparison of these newly established functional rural regions with a valid administrative division of the Czech Republic and ensuring their compliance with the valid national and European legislation and other selected methodical materials.
