- The subject of the public contract is the analysis of samples of fruit, vegetables, perennial production crops, potatoes and strawberries for the content of pesticide residues listed in Annex No. 15 of Government Regulation No. 80/2023 on determining the conditions for the implementation of agro-environmental-climatic measures (hereinafter referred to as "NV na AEKO" ). Analysis mustbe carried out in accordance with the mentioned government regulation by a professionally qualified person who has an accreditation certificate according to § 16 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products.
