• Description:
• The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable project solution proposal in applied research and innovation. The project framework aims at the preliminary definition of the project, which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV, and which will be modified in the framework of the competitive dialogue with regard to the needs of the Contracting Authority. (The subject of the project is listed in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework Tender documentation). The procurement procedure will be conducted in such a way that the selected solution fulfills the objectives and implements it the results specified in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework of the tender documentation, which will be the main factual basis for the negotiations. Conclusions, conditions and new facts should emerge from the individual negotiations so that the assignment for the purposes of the final offer can be specified for In the most satisfactory way to the client. The goal of the project is the development of a diagnostic method focused on teacher competencies according to the Competence Framework for Graduate Teachers, including a manual and a technical solution for its implementation. The resulting complex the diagnostic method will consist of three key components: (1) a newly constructed measurement tool for measuring self-assessment in teacher competences according to the Competence Framework for Graduate Teachers, (2) a technical solution for effective collection, long-term storage and automated evaluation of longitudinal data and (3) technical solution for automated generation of personalized feedback based on results from diagnostic methods...
