Description:
The subject of the contract is the execution of design works for the construction of sheltered housing facilities (CHB according to § 51 of Act No. 108/200 Coll. on social services) at all levels, DNS study in two variants incl. energy-economic assessment of the feasibility of one or two objects, DUR, DSP, DPS, AD and obtaining pauthoritative building permit in accordance with the requirements specified in the terms of reference to ensure the background of the service for 12 users of the sheltered housing service min. in 3 households. The background of the service takes the form of one family/apartment building (depending on the number of households, hereinafter referred to as an apartment building) or moree family houses structurally adapted to the target group of residents. The requirement is a user-friendly, purposeful, safe environment with the character of family living or cohabitation enabling a normal life.
A barrier-free solution considering the possibility of movement with a wheelchair is preferred, at leastfor one household, or for a capacity of min. 4 beds, is a condition.
