The subject of this public contract is the supply and implementation of the information system for effective records and management of the property of the city of Břeclav and established and founded organizations. The main goal is to introduce modern, user -friendly and customizable solutions that will allow comprehensive management of all typesThe assets of the organization in accordance with legislative requirements and internal directives. The system will be used to manage movable and immovable assets of the organization, to register its life cycle from acquisition to administration and maintenance to exclusion. The implementation also includes integration with other systemsOrganization, users training and ensuring technical support after the introduction of the system.
