Description:
The public contract implements the sub-goal of the Program "Analytical support, standards, evaluation and innovation in security policy and practice and in crisis management". This is support for the implementation of research activities in order to obtain new or significantly improved procedures, regulatory mechanisms, supervisorytools, skills and abilities or information background for better and more efficient fulfillment of security policy ambitions, including security research policy. The program will support in particular:
a) scientific materials for the assessment of threats and risks and for the creation of security policies and strategies forsecurity management;
b) evaluation of individual legislative and non-legislative tools of security policy and crisis management, with the aim of obtaining feedback on their functionality and benefits and proposing their innovation;
c) technical and technological standardization, especially in connection with planning acquisitions anddeployment of new technologies in security practice;
d) development of tactical procedures and methods for effect
