- The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract, the subject of which consists in: 1. delivery of the device for incontinence therapy (hereinafter collectively referred to as "goods"), 2. transport and packaging of goods, 3. assembly including the connecting material of the goods, 4. staff training, 5. warranty service of the delivered goods, 6. performance of safety and technical inspection (BTK) of the goods during the warranty period. The detailed expected scope of the subject Public procurement and technical conditions are listed in Appendix No. 1 - Technical specification, in Appendix No. 2 - Price breakdown and in Annex No. 3 - Draft purchase contract, which are an integral part of the tender conditions.
