- Device for mechanical thrombectomy incl. accessories, service and supply of rotating arterial and venous catheters The subject of this public contract is the delivery of 1 piece of device for mechanical thrombectomy including accessories, the provision of a free warranty device service and subsequent post-warranty service for the lifetime of the device. The subject of the performance of the public contract is also the continuous supply of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended, namely of rotating arterial and venous catheters for the device. The client requires 2 types of catheters, namely: •Item A - arterial rotary catheters (estimated consumption during the period of performance of the order, i.e. in 48 months, is 144 pcs.) •Item B - venous rotary catheters (estimated consumption for the period of performance of the order, i.e. in 48 months, is 55 pcs). With regard to the proper operation and functionality of the device, the client reserves the full compatibility of the device with the continuously supplied SZM.
