Description:
The subject of the public contract is divided into 2 parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 ZZVZ, namely: PART 1: Device for proprioceptive and neurosensory stimulation (internal number VZ: 2025_084_01_00) PART 2: Bed for robotic, verticalization therapy (internal no VZ: 2025_084_02_00) The delivery for parts 1 and 2 will also include: • transport, assembly, installation, commissioning, • briefing according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Devices Act"), • warranty service lasting at least 24 months, • handing over the documents that relate to the delivered goods (delivery note or handover protocol, operating instructions in the Czech language /paper version and USB/, CE certificate event. declaration of conformity pursuant to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended, briefing protocol pursuant to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended.
