Description:
The subject of the public order is the supply of 6 new devices for patient heating (hereinafter referred to as "ZT"), the provision of warranty and post-warranty service services without spare parts for a period of 5 years, and the continuous supply of consumable medical equipment (hereinafter referred to as "SZM"). More information is given in Zadadocumentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD").
This contract is implemented within the project "A1 Reconstruction of KARIM - ORIM units 1, 2 including equipment with KARIM and ICU medical equipment", reg. no.: CZ.06.6.127/0.0/ 0.0/21_121/0016274 and within the project "A2 Construction of 2 arrhythmology halls (construction and medicaltechnology including the system for interventions) and addition of diagnostic imaging technology", reg. no.: CZ.06.6.127/0.0/0.0/21_121/0016312a is co-financed within the framework of the European Fund for Regional Development.
All costs for post-warranty service services and supplies SZM will be paid from the contractor's own resourcesele, not from the funds provided by the Integrated Operating Program.
