Description:
The subject of the selection procedure called "Digital Transcripts from 35 mm and 16 mm Film Belt and from C magnetic strips" is a requirement to perform professional transcripts 35 mm, and 16 mm film belts and one -inch magnetic belts in cassettes. A professional transcript is considered to be a transcription in a specialized workplace using a special device manufactured by a company that is professionally engaged in this issue. Transcripts on devices made by self or transcripts by capturing image from canvas or ground camera are not considered professional. The supplier must, within the meaning of the subject of the contract, have a suitable technical device for transcription of film and audiovisual materials and according to § 56 para. c) The Public Procurement Mountains must provide the contracting authority with a description of the device on which the transcription of each of the required formats will be carried out. 35 mm and 16 mm film copies, duplication positives and image negatives on acetate, nitrate or polyester pads, black and white, color, sound and silent, and professional single -inch magnetic strips of C format format will be rewritten.
