The essence of the project of the digital transformation of Oham UAM, s.r.o. It is an increase in the efficiency of corporate processes by implementing SW and HW tools that will replace and connect now functioning systems and programs through software integration and automated data transmission. Another aim of the projectIt is the introduction of data collection at the site of their creation, their storage and transmission to prevent inaccuracies and errors resulting from their transcription or their manipulation. An important requirement for the implementation of the new system is to monitor and optimize work activities and production resources for the purpose ofIncreasing productivity and optimization of stock, which will lead to cost reduction, more added value, higher competitiveness on the market and higher profit (higher margin). This will also increase the resistance of the company to external influences (instability of supplier prices of raw materials, non -system planningStaff for production and retail stores, energy prices, inflation and other unexpected influences).
