• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conversion of digital data of library documents created according to the old rules for accessing in the Kramerius 3 system. Modification of SIP packages already converted by the National Library of the Czech Republic (hereinafter NK), which is the VISK 7 program. The result is the PSP file Packages that comply with nationwide standards for digitizing library documents, ie conditions for admission to the National Digital Knhovna (hereinafter NDK). The condition will be not only to create new digital data, but also to improve OCR documents compared specified further in the text. The selected newspaper title (defense of the people) also requires the creation of descriptive metadata and links to Alto OCR blocks to the level of individual articles.
  This activity is implemented within the VISK 7 program and is governed by its conditions-see https://visk.nkp.cz/visk-7. Applicant (Provider) will not come to the input or newly created data no rights
  The subject of the public contract is to create PSP packages according to the specifications of the National Digital Library from older digital data and improve their OCR (VISK 7 subsidy program) and is governed by its conditions-see https://visk.nkp.cz/visk-7.
