• Description:
• The subject of the public contract entitled Digitization of the VISK 6 manuscript is the purchase of the manuscript digitization service of the Library of the Military History of Prague (according to the Library of the VH Prague) in accordance with the parameters of the VISK 6 program by November 30, 2026, 2:00 p.m. The service provider (according to the provider only) will not charge for the scanned documents and the created data on the first day. The expected volume of the order is 384 pages in 4 documents in the format 35 x 45 cm/A2. To this offer, as part of a small-scale public procurement, the area must be attached and filled Draft contract for the mine, including its area. 2 Consider the price offer. Accordingly, we require a copy of the contract for the indemnification of two persons against codes of at least 2 mil. by damaging the digitized manuscript or by stating that, in the event of the contract being awarded, a copy of the insurance contract was sent before signing the original contract. Subcontractors from other EU countries are not excluded. Things created to fulfill the subject of the public order - manuscripts are collections of subjects in meaning of the law. 122/2000 Coll., on the protection of museum collections and on the amendment of some other laws, in the form of later regulations. The contracting authority does not allow the import of collection items abroad when the contract is in full, because it is not permitted by the Ministry of Culture for the import of collection items abroad (11, experience 122/2000). We require a mandatory attendance at the information meeting to review the document prepared for digitization prior to the pricing of the offer.
