- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply and installation of medical gas distribution elements for COS and ICU incl. relevant construction works.
The public contract will be financed by a grant from the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The financing of the subject of performance will be from the funds of the Integrated Regional subsidyof the operational program.
However, in relation to the law, the subject of the awarded public contract is dominated by supplies (Delivery and installation of ceiling tripods and bed ramps, ...), both in terms of volume and in terms of money, therefore the public contract is awarded as a supply, although it may be its character is understood as constructionzakazka.
