The purpose of this public contract is to ensure the storage and distribution of medicinal products called ComiNaty manufacturer of the Biontech/Pfizer (hereinafter referred to as the "ComiNaty vaccines") containing the vaccine against Covid-19On the basis of the decision of the Commission C (2020) 4192 of June 18, 2020 on the decision of the Commission C (2020) on the acquisition of vaccines against COVID-19 on behalf of the Member States and related procedures or otherwise in accordance with the law and which will be delivered by the manufacturer orThe importer to the Czech Republic in the second half of 2025 and in 2026.
