- The subject of performance is to ensure the following supervisory activities on the contracting authorities:
- Performance of the activities of an authorized person as a technical supervision of the builder under the conditions of Act. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended; and
- Performance of the activity of a professionally eligible person on the Security Securityand protection of health at work on the construction site, under the conditions of Act no. No. 309/2006 Coll., as amended, ie the performance of the so-called OSH coordinator and the subject of public procurement in this category is the performance of TDS for the following types of buildings:
