- The subject of the Procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system ("DNS"). The aim of the introduction of the DNS is to have a range of suppliers who will be able to respond to the current needs of the Contracting Authority to fulfill the subject of partial public contracts during the period of the introduction of the DNS. Partial public contracts awarded inDNS will provide the Purchaser with a flexible and administratively less demanding process for the purchase, delivery and installation of camera systems in the parking lot.
