The aim of this procurement procedure is the introduction and use of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) for the awarding of public contracts for the procurement of oils, lubricants and operating fluids to ensure the operation of the land and aviation equipment of the Czech Army and the armies of NATO member states and means for cleaning, lubrication and preservation of weapons Aof the Czech Republic that meet the quality parameters according to basic military standards - PHM military quality specifications and civil standards, which are specified for some individual types of means for cleaning, lubrication and preservation, according to the requirements of the technical documentation of manufacturers of ground and aircraft equipment and weapons,which regulate the warranty and post-warranty operating conditions of equipment and weapons.
