- Description:
- As part of this public contract, the contracting authority will introduce DNS, which is understood as a fully electronic, open system for the awarding of public contracts, the subject of which is the procurement of ordinary, generally available goods. With this procurement procedure, the contracting authority introduces DNS in the sense of Β§ 138 ZZVZ, while within the scope of this procurement procedurethe procedure proceeds appropriately according to the rules for narrower procedures according to Β§ 58 of the ZZVZ. The contracting authority will send a Call for Tenders to all suppliers included in the DNS for specific services under the conditions specified in the individual Calls for Tenders. Each public contract awarded under the DNS will be specified as toscope and conditions, only within the framework of the Call for Tenders pursuant to Β§ 141 ZZVZ.
The subject of the public contract entered through DNS is the supply of computer technology (i.e. desktop computers, monitors, PC 2in1, notebooks, tablets and CD/DVD drives), accessories for computers and notebooks (i.e. mouse, keyboard, braΕ‘na) and basic software equipment (operating system as part of supplied computing technology)...
