Description:
Introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) for the supply of sorted wood chips for individual departments of the ZSMV according to current needs for an indefinite period.
Only after the introduction of the DNS will the contracting authority enter individual orders into specific categories based on a call for tenders.
During the implementation of the DNS and until already fromof the listed DNS, suppliers are allowed to submit a request for participation according to their ability to fulfill public contracts.
In the event of a supplier being excluded from the DNS, the supplier has the opportunity to re-enter the DNS based on the submitted application for participation.
The mere inclusion in the DNS does not entitle the supplier to any performance and allperformance will be provided to the contracting authority only on the basis of the public order entered in DNS.
