• Introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) for the supply of food and beverages for individual departments of the ZSMV according to current needs for an indefinite period of time.
  DNS is divided into ten categories according to the subject of partial orders:
  Category No. 1Meat and meat products
  Category No. 2Fish products
  Category No. 3 Fruit avegetables and their products
  Category No. 4Oils
  Category No. 5Dairy products and eggs
  Category No.6Mill and starch products
  Category No.7Miscellaneous food products
  Category No.8Alcohol and ciders
  Category No.9Non-alcoholic beverages
  Category No. 10Tobacco
  Only after the introduction of DNS will the submitter enter themsubstantive contracts to specific categories based on the call for tenders.
  During the implementation of the DNS and to the already established DNS, suppliers are allowed to apply for participation in one category or in each category of the DNS, according to their ability to fulfill public contracts.
  In the event of exclusion of a supplier from DNS has dthe sender has the possibility to re-enter the DNS based on the submitted application for participation.
  Inclusion in the DNS does not entitle the supplier to any performance and all performance will be provided to the contracting party only on the basis of the public order entered in the DNS.
