Description:
The subject of the order is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS).
DNS is in essence a marketplace for a certain circle of needs of the contracting authority that is still Accessible to new suppliers who have to prove their qualifications - qualifications for entering this marketplace. DNS is fully electronic (ie. operated exclusively through an electronic tool), an open system for awarding public procurement.
The aim of introducing DNS is to have a circle of suppliers, who will be able to fulfill the subject of partial public procurement in the established DNS in response to the current needs of the client. Partial public by ordering The awarded in the established DNS will be the contracting authority of flexible and administratively less demanding process provided by the supply and installation of fences, electric gates, goals and columns for installation of cameras and other equipment for parking or other objects.
The introduction of DNS does not bind the client to his use.
DNS is not divided into categories according to § 138 para.
The awarding of sub -public contracts in DNS is governed in particular by the provisions of §141 of the ZZVZ.
