Description of the contract: The subject of the public order "Double-track line Branicky bridge - Prague-Krc - Sporilov" is β’ construction of the construction according to the tender documentation, β’ preparation of the implementation documentation of the construction, β’ preparation of the documentation of the actual implementationof the building, including the geodetic part. Activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed from the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) are also part of the subject of public procurement. The valuation of these building publicity activities will be included in the bid price, the costs of Mrlocations will be listed in the Inventory of Work (SO 9898 General object). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of Β§ 100, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The supplier will only be reimbursed for the actual scope of this performance. In the event that this public order is note co-financed from the funds of the European Union, ensuring the publicity of the construction will not be carried out by the contractor. The scope of performance that will not be realized is not included in the limits for changes according to Β§ 222, paragraphs 4 to 6 and 9 of the ZZVZ. In accordance with Β§ 100 paragraph 1 ZZVZ, the contracting authority further reserves the right to carry out activities in thecontent with the provision of a temporary cell site in Ε½ST Prague-Krc.
