• (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements; only in the case of supplies - indicate whether offers relating to purchase, lease, rental, installment sale or a combination of these options are required)y most - Praha-Krč - Spořilov" is the construction of the construction according to the tender documentation, the preparation of the Construction Implementation Documentation, the preparation of the Documentation of the actual execution of the construction, including the geodetic part. Part of the scope of the performance of the public contract are also the activities that will be carried out in connection with the rulesly publicity of projects co-financed from the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). The evaluation of these construction publicity activities will be included in the bid price, the publicity costs will be listed in the List of Works (SO 9898 General Building). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation frome contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 ZZVZ. The supplier will only be reimbursed for the actual scope of this performance. In the event that this public order is not co-financed from the funds of the European Union, the contractor will not ensure the publicity of the construction. A scope of fulfillment that will not be realityinvited, is not included in the limits for changes according to § 222 paragraphs 4 to 6 and 9 of the ZZVZ. In accordance with § 100, paragraph 1 ZZVZ, the contracting authority further reserves the right to carry out activities in connection with the provision of a temporary cell site in ŽST Praha-Krč. The specifications of the activities and the conditions for their execution are given in Technicspecifications - Special technical conditions. In the event that this public contract is not co-financed from the funds of the European Union, the Contractor will not ensure the publicity of the Construction. The contractor will only be reimbursed for the actual scope of this performance. The reserved change is valued in the inventory praci in SO 98-98, General building in field no. VŠEOB10. The detailed specification of the subject of public procurement is provided in the tender documentation.
