- The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the connection of alarm security and emergency systems (PZTS) installed on the objects of the VZP CR to the supervisory reception and alarm center (DPPC - formerly known as the PCO centralized protection desk) and ensuring a timely response to emergency and alarmsignal by the intervention unit (ZJ) and guarding until takeover by a designated employee of the VZP CR in the event of an attack on the building, via the private security service (SBS). The partial fulfillment of the subject of the public contract will therefore be the provision of the following fulfillment by the supplier:
a) connection of the contracting authority's PZTS switchboards to the DPSupplier's PC and provision of services consisting in continuous protection of objects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
b) provision of emergency exit at the distress signal during working hours from 08:00 to 17:00
c) provision of exit at alarm signal outside working hours from 5:01 p.m. to 7:59 a.m. and on public holidaysendech (working time off) 24 hours in the event of an attack on the building (e.g.: break-in, broken glass windows) to ensure its guarding until it is taken over by a designated employee of VZP ČR. (On the basis of previous experience, the contracting authority states that the emergence of the need to secure objects after an attack is in the order of units peryear),
d) ensuring the operation of the connection to the DPPC,
e) sending a daily log of events.
