• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new water supply system to supply the municipality with drinking water and a new reservoir, legal water, including technological and electrotechnical facilities. All construction work, supplies and related activities are technically defined by the project documentation drawn up the company Ing. Michal Manda, AQUAPROJEKT, Na Sadech 9, 370 01 esk Budjovice, which forms the basis of the required conditions. The contracting authority warns the parties that the project documentation, which is a part of the contract conditions, serves as a considered basis for the definition of the subject of the full and sets out minimum technical, qualitative and functional standard of the required work. At the same time, the client points out that the list of works available to the client has not been refined into the details of the list of works for the actual construction. For this reason, the content of the subject of the public order is still under development the list of works, including the division budget, to the extent necessary for the day-to-day implementation of the work. The selected contractor is obliged to draw up the final list of works and budget, mainly based on project documentation, technical requirements of the contracting authority, issued opinions and permits, valid first regulations, compliance with technical standards and requirements for a full, functional and day-completed well. The detailed list of works does not include changes to the technical, qualitative or functional standard of the work, to changes in the construction plan, or to changes in the nature of the designed and permitted work.
