Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of public procurement awarded on the basis of the established dynamic purchasing system will be services consisting of the removal, regulation or use of municipal waste in a statutory manner in the facility operated in accordance with the applicable legislation. Individual types of waste correspond to categories specified in paragraph 4.3. the tender documentation.
DNS is divided into 5 categories in accordance with Section 138 (1) of the ZZVZ, namely:
- Category I.: Mixed municipal and bulky waste
- Category II: Sort Waste - Plastic, Associated Plastic Collection (Plnkov, Plnk)
- Category III.: Sorted waste - paper and cardboard
- category IV.: Sorted waste - metals
There will be a waste management service in the area of municipal waste management: sorted waste - metals (cat. No. 20 01 40).
The subject of the fulfillment of public procurement awarded in the established DNS for category V. The provision of waste management services in the area of municipal waste management will be: sorted waste - biodegradable waste (cat. No. 20 02 01).
Subject to fulfilling public procurement awarded in the established DNS For category III. The provision of waste management services in the area of municipal waste management will be: sorted waste - paper and cardboard (cat. No. 20 01 01).
