- The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the supply of instruments, devices, tools and materials, divided in detail into individual categories.vou of the client's existing property.
In the category of tools and implements, we are dealing with the supply of certain means used for a certain activity or process during the manual or mechanical processing of the object being processed.
In the category of materials, we are dealing with the supply of individual types of materials necessary for the implementation ofof the research process itself, as well as related to the maintenance and restoration of the client's property.
The subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS will always be defined in detail in the call for tenders in accordance with Section 141, paragraph 1 of the Act.
In the case of individual supplies connected to the merger of several categoriescategories, the assignment of the contract to a certain category will be determined according to the centers of gravity of the individual categories.
