- The subject of the DNS and subsequently awarded public contracts within the framework of the established DNS will be normally, generally available services related to mining activities, namely in forest stands managed by the contracting authority. Subject of performance of individual public contracts awarded in within the framework of the established DNS, it is specified in more detail in the business and payment conditions, in general (Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation - Draft Contract) and in the specification of the subject of performance (Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation), and also in the invitation to submit bids for an individual public contract entered in DNS. Dynamic purchasing system - Mining activity for LMB 2022-2032 The subject of the DNS and subsequently awarded public contracts within the established DNS will be normally, generally available services related to mining activities, and this in forest stands managed by the contractor.
