Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of professional capacities in the field of information and communication technologies (hereinafter referred to as "ICT"), both for the internal needs of the Contracting Authority and also for the purpose of fulfilling the Contracting Authority's obligations towards the customer based on its needs and entry. Customer means an entity in the position of customer vis-à-vis the Principal, to whom the Principal delivers goods and provides services, especially in the field of ICT. At the same time, the Client's customers are primarily state administration bodies, in particular the Czech Ministry of Finance of the Republic.
