Description: The subject of performance is the services of testing clinical candidate drugs in the right laboratory practice and the production of clinical batches of candidate drugs in good manufacturing practice mode. To authorize the clinical evaluation of medicines (for the regulator application), the contracting authority needs to demonstrate specialized studies and production documentation of the production of clinical batches of drugs (including synthesis, validation studies, formulation, release by a qualified person, etc.) in the mode of good production practice and biological studies (acute and and Chronic toxicity, pharmacokinetics, etc.) in the correct laboratory practice mode.
