The subject of public contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system, the supplier will be subject to the established business conditions for the supply of chemicals for the needs of the LERCO project defined by the CPV codes listed in Article 3.2. this tender documentation.
It may be part of the deliveries within the framework of individual awarded public contracts including transport to the place of fulfillment and handover of documents relating to the goods.
The subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be defined in detail in the call for tenders in accordance with Section 141 of the Act.
