Description:
The subject is to ensure the extension of the manufacturer provided (so -called manufacturing support or maintenance) for existing hardware and infrastructure used by the contracting authority (such as dell or Aruba brands), as well IBM, Fortinet, Flowmon) and possibly other safety and network solutions.
The subject of public procurement awarded in a dynamic shopping system will be in particular:
• Mediation of official technical support manufacturer (Support/Maintenance) for equipment and infrastructure, including any Assistance with registration, registration and activation of services.
• Restoration or extension of the licensing and subscriber support model of support, in particular, including security packages, updates, access to services and manufacturer support.
• Comprehensive Life Cycle Management of ICT Support and Licensions, including expiration control, Compatibility of services, and proposals for optimal ensuring the continuity of services from manufacturers.
The subject of public procurement will not be the supply of new hardware or software, but exclusively to ensure continued support and subscription services for already deployed infrastructure.
