- The subject of the tendering procedure is the introduction of DNS for awarding public contracts in DNS for the supply and installation of metal furniture for individual clinics, departments and workplaces of the University Hospital Olomouc.
Introduction DNS does not oblige the supplier to use it in awarding public contracts for the subject of performance.
The aim of the contracting authority is to have a wide range of suppliers who will be invited to submit offers for the implementation of individual sub -public contracts and thus provide continuous award for the duration of the DNS Public procurement for the supply and assembly of metal furniture to ensure maximum efficiency of the money spent and the reliability of realized supplies.
DNS is not divided into categories within the meaning of Section 138 (1) of the Public Procurement Act.
