- The subject of public procurement awarded in the dynamic purchasing system will be the delivery of IT equipment defined by CPV codes referred to in Article 3.2. this tender documentation.
Installation may also be included in the supplies within individual public procurement, commissioning at the place of fulfillment and handing over the documents related to the goods.
The subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including the technical, business and contractual conditions, will always be defined in the call for bids within the meaning of Section 141 of the Act.
