Description: This procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system according to § 138 et seq. Risk for the purpose of entering partial procurement on construction work consisting in maintenance work on housing units owned by the contracting authority. The main maintenance work is meant mainly repair of wiring, gas installation, distribution, sewage and rain leakage, repair and replacement of equipment in apartments, heating repairs including boiler replacement, chimney replacement, plaster repairs and paintings, small masonry, including cutting and building partitions , repair and replacement of doors, domestic phones, repair of lightning conductors, waste cleaning, mooring. By side maintenance works (for these contracting authority assumes minimum frequency), dermatisation and disinfection, assembly and calibration of housing meters, maintenance and miter green, etc.
