Description:
The subject of the tendering procedure is the introduction and subsequent use of a dynamic purchasing system for awarding public procurement. Evaluations are systematic and objective evaluation of ongoingor completed projects, programs or politicians, their settings, implementation and results. The aim is to determine the relevance and fulfill the objectives, assess the development efficiency, effect and sustainability. It is a process of determining the importance or significance of a certain activity, policy or program/project. INDNS will be realized procedural, impact or strategic evaluation. Process evaluation evaluates the progress of the implementation of the program or intervention, focuses on ongoing processes and its aim is recommendations for better setting of processes. The impact evaluation evaluates the achievement of planned effects/impacts/results.Most often, using the contraceptual impact evaluation (type CIE) based on statistical methods or in the form of theory-based evaluation (TBIE type) using the method of theory of change and case studies. Strategic evaluation evaluates the settings, achieve strategic goals and contribute to their achievement at the levelthe entire operational program. It does not focus on partial interventions, but evaluates the program as a whole with regard to the dominant topics of the operating program in relation to strategic goals.
