Dynamic purchasing system for the supply of ICT equipment 2023 - 2026
Description of the contract: The subject of the fulfillment of the DNS and subsequently entered public orders within the framework of the DNS will be the purchase of standard ICT equipment, in particular PCs, monitors, notebooks, data projectors, printers, tablets, servers, graphics stations and similar to anotherit is equipped with computational techniques. The subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, term, place of performance, business and payment conditions of specific public orders entered in the DNS will always be specified in the call for tenders according to paragraph § 141 ZZVZ. Local fulfillment of individual public ordersentered in the DNS will be the individual seats of the concerned contracting authorities (contribution organizations), unless otherwise determined in the DNS in specific public orders. DNS is not divided into a category in the sense of § 138, paragraph 1 ZZVZ.
