Description of the contract: The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the provision of IP MPLS data communication services, including the establishment of new IP MPLS data lines. The award of public contracts in the DNS will take place at predetermined irregular intervals depending on the operational needs of the Central Contracting Authority and the individual Authorizing Contracting Authorities. The Central Contracting Authority assumes the award of public contracts in the DNS in the interval of 2 - 6 calendar months. The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS and its technical conditions will always be defined in detail in the individual invitations to tender pursuant to Section 141 of the Act.
