- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the DZP building for SSL Uherske Hradiště.
Construction work consists in the exchange of existing two internal elevators, one of which will be kept as a bed evacuation and the other as a personal, which can also serve for evacuation. Furthermore, another bed is designedEvacuation elevator outside the building in a separate shaft. Further modifications relate inside the building with regard to the fact that on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor the investor is considering accommodation of clients fully immobile, ie. Existing door openings do not suit their lights and need to be replaced with a new one with a lightness of 1100 mm. ThatIt also concerns the divide between the staircase and the adjacent corridor on individual floors. A new fire safety solution also requires replacement of existing doors in the corridors betweenNewly proposed BC type B and corridor for new with a lightness of 1100 mm. The glazed walls between the staircase and the corridor are designed as an aluminum automatic - connected to EPS (in the event of a fire they open automatically). Other sliding glass walls are also on the 4th floor, also with automatic shift and connectionon EPS. At the point of necessary ventilation of internal protected escape routes - central staircases and side staircases in the western part of the building - the grids that will be in the facade shade are designed to ventilate air. The extraction is then at the central staircase at the site of the existing window on the 4th floor and aat the western staircase in the place of the existing roof window.
According to the available documents, the affected building is located in the protection zone of the national cultural monument of the Velehrad monastery on the basis of the decision of the District Office in Uherske Hradiště to determine the protection zone of the area of the monastery in Velehrad Czech.Cult/95/1228 of 8.8.1995.
