Description:
The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the DZP building for SSL Uherské Hradiště. The construction work consists in the replacement of the existing two internal elevators, one of which will be kept as an inpatient evacuation and the other as a personal, which can also serve for evacuation. Furthermore, another bed evacuation elevator outside the building in a separate shaft is designed. Other modifications relate inside the building with regard to the fact that on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor the investor is considering accommodation of clients fully immobile, ie. Existing door openings do not suit their lights and need to be replaced with a new one with a lightness of 1100 mm. This also applies to the divide between the staircase and the adjacent corridor on individual floors. Other minor layouts relate to the left part of the building on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (the social workers are canceled and larger rooms are formed). The new fire safety solution also requires replacement of existing doors in the corridors between the newly proposed BC type B and the corridor with a new one with a lightness of 1100 mm. The glazed walls between the staircase and the corridor are designed as an aluminum automatic - connected to EPS (in the event of a fire they open automatically).
