• The public contract is divided into 2 (two) separate parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 and § 101 of the ZZVZ, as follows: Part I: ecological change of heating Part II: PV plants and substations The participant is entitled to submit an offer for one or both public parts orders. The subject of the fulfillment of the first part of the public contract is the preparation of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction (PDPS) including the itemized budget and the list of works and at the same time the execution of the work consisting in the reconstruction of the heat source of the building of the primary school and kindergarten Albrechtice nad Vltava to the ground/water heat pump system, including the construction of the primary geothermal source (drilling field), related technology modifications and connection to the heating system, integration into the management system (MAR) and commissioning in accordance with subsidies conditions. The subject of performance II. part of the public contract is the preparation of the project documentation for the execution of the construction (PDPS) including the itemized budget and the list of works and at the same time the execution of the work consisting in the delivery and implementation of the photovoltaic power plant (PVE) including battery storage and the dispatch/energy management system and in the construction of a new substation and related electricity distributions, including the reconnection and merging of existing consumption points, all including commissioning in accordance with the conditions distributor and subsidy conditions.
