• Description:
• The subject of the performance is the design (PDPS including the budget and list of works) and the implementation of energy measures in the Albrechtice nad Vltavou Primary School and Kindergarten building, namely the reconstruction of the heat source on the earth/water substation including the drilling field and also the PV plant with battery storage and energy management, including the substation and related distributions. The public contract is not divided into parts in the sense of § 35 ZZVZ. Implementation is divided into two stages exclusively due to separate financing and invoicing within the subsidy support. The supplier serves one offer for the entire performance (both stages). The contracting authority states that the goal of the procurement procedure is to obtain a functional and mutually compatible unit, including its integration and commissioning. When setting the tender conditions, the contracting authority is based on the need for clear responsibility for the functionality of the whole and from the minimization of risks associated with the coordination and continuity of individual activities, especially at the interfaces of partial deliveries and works. I. stage: ecological change of heating Stage II: PV plants and substations The subject of the performance of the first stage of the public contract is preparation of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction (PDPS) including the itemized budget and list of works and at the same time the execution of the work consisting in the reconstruction of the heat source of the building of ZŠ and MŠ Albrechtice nad Vltavou to a ground/water heat pump system including construction of the primary geothermal source (drilling field), related technology modifications and connection to the heating system, integration into the management system (MAR) and commissioning in accordance with the subsidy conditions....
