- The purpose of the public contract is to provide the service, respectively. Establishment and commissioning, implementation (including integration, data migration and verification operation) and operational support, service and maintenance of the economic information system ("ecis") incl. Operating environment (hereinafter referred to as the "System") for the duration of the contractualthe relationship. The system will be provided in the form of a service or software as a service ("Saas"). The ECIS will be fully in accordance with the applicable legislation and will meet the needs of the contracting authority in the field of economic agendas to the extent and under the conditions specified in this tender documentation and its annexes, especially technical,,Content and Security Terms and Conditions according to Annex D and in binding Terms and Conditions, which as the text of the contract for work and service contracts for individual parts of the public contract consists of annexes I and J of this tender documentation.and operating (platform) environment incl. related services that allow the contracting authority to ensure the use of the system in the long term incl.
