Provision of an educational program in the field of client-oriented approach of employees in public administration aimed at front-office officials (employees of public administration bodies who come into contact with clients - citizens during the performance of their work or official duties). Educational program eithere aimed at developing practical skills through practice in model situations. The content of the educational program will be training in a pro-client approach to clients (citizens), communication and ethics, stress management, building a corporate culture, etc. The goal of the educational program is to improve the clientservice of the authorities and thereby increase the positive perception of public administration, further building a unified "corporate" culture of public administration and its values.
